Great experience! Steve was wonderful and explained everything to me.He was even here when he said he would be, that doesn't happen for me often. He even helped me rescue my brother who is disabled and fell going down the driveway. Super nice guy and great company. Also I don't remember her name but a young lady who answered the phone was very patient and knowledgeable and sent me pictures right away to help me make a choice on which door to get. Prices were much more reasonable too. Would not hesitate to recommend to a friend. Thanks for the great service!!! It's so rare these days.

Amazing service! Garage door was off the rails and couldn't be opened or closed. It was a safety hazard, and I couldn't lock the garage. Technician arrived same day I called and fixed the garage door with no problem. Repair charge very reasonable! I would not hesitate to call Doorpro again and highly recommend their work.

Steve was great, called before arriving and asked if he could come early, never had that happen before. His work was fast, clean, walked me through everything. Anything that happens to my garage door in the future they are who I will call. Excellent company to work with. 1

Last night my garage door came off the tracks on one side and the pressure buckled the opposite side. I was very pleased with the prompt service I received by the company the next day. Jordan Castillo was my service technician and he did an outstanding job getting my garage door back on and looking like nothing had happened. This is great company that stands behind its product and service. Thanks again, I am one happy customer!
