COOPERTOWN FIREPLACE & WILDLIFE SERVICE REVIEWS

Coopertown repaired our chimney, applied sealant to the brick, and installed a new gas fireplace insert. The service personnel were great! They did a top notch job on the repairs and install, gave us a nice tutorial about the new insert, and went above and beyond cleaning up after the work was complete. They showed up on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. We (and our dog!) love the new gas fireplace insert! I wholeheartedly recommend this company for your fireplace/chimney needs!

Alex and his partner were exceptional in their efficiency and professionalism. They worked hard for several hours in the rain before coming inside to perform maintenance on the fireplace and to disinfect the attic. They were very friendly, very thorough, and very careful to make sure everything was clean before they left. I highly recommend their services.

These guys are great! Alex has been out here a couple of times to help with various chimney repairs and he is always extremely professional, kind and honest! Everyone we have dealt with at Coopertown has been very nice and helpful. We are definitely life time customers now! Thanks guys.

Amazing service completed by this company. My service technician, Jonathan was knowledgeable and did a fantastic job getting my fireplace in the right standard. He took time to explain the problem I was having and what to do for preventive maintenance. I was referred by my realtor, Heather Timmons and they did not disappoint.

I had an excellent experience with Abby Road this week. Alex came out to do an inspection on my fireplace and chimney, he was super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He did a thorough inspection and provided a very detailed quote of the items that need to be repaired. I found them to be reasonably priced as well. I highly recommend them for your fireplace needs!

The entire team at Abby Road did a great job from start to finish! They cleaned and sealed the exterior of the chimney to repair the very active chimney leak at our home in the Cordova Germantown area, but exceptional service began at the first phone call and didn’t end. I definitely recommend these guys.

Chimney Doctor is top shelf service provider and I would highly recommend them. We had a traditional brick woodburning fireplace with elevated hearth and gas logs. For a remodel, we wanted to demo the hearth, lower the firebox to near floor level, modify brick surround, install a new efficient gas insert, repair and seal chimney, add metal crown and cap. I went to four contractors with specs and request for proposal. Chimney Doctor and David were responsive, timely, thorough and accurate with a detailed proposal, worked with me on design, met schedule commitments, professional and friendly, good crews, quality job for a fair price. What more can you ask? Job well done.

Professional, reliable, a great job. Punctual, always called first and they cleaned up after themselves. Hard to find people to actually want to work and do the job right the first time. Highly recommend!!!! I'd give a 6 if I could.

They were actually early which was fine by me, they were very professional and good at explaining the repairs my chimney needed, I would definitely use them again.
