We were extremely happy and satisfied with Mr. Scruffs. The house was in perfect order when we returned and all three cats loved Ricci. She took great care of them and provided us with updates as well as photos while we were gone. She obviously loves animals as much as we do and is very knowledgeable about their care and needs. She took care of them as if they were her own. We had a layover on the return flight which made us ~10 hours late. When I called her to see if she could take care of one more feeding that was unplanned, she did not hesitate and was veryaccommodating. She leaves daily notes with detailed observations. We highly recommend Mr. Scruff's and will definitely use their services if the need arises again. It would have definitely cost less if we had not had her stay overnight but I felt it best to use the overnight option since these three cats had never been without one of us since coming here last year as they are all rescues. Nevertheless for the overnight stay and service as well as peace of mind, the price is very reasonable. As you can see from their site, twice daily visits rather than overnight stays would cost almost half as much. Excellent service. When she came to return the key and pick up her money, it was very easy to see how much and how quickly the cats took to her. I don't think you could go wrong with Mr. Scruffs. Again, very highly recommended.

Mr. Scruff's is incredible! Ricci was absolutely amazing with our dog, Auggie while we were on vacation. Our dog is a rescue dog who is very anxious around people but Ricci was somehow able to bond with him on the first visit. Ricci kept us updated with texts, photos and videos to let us know how they were doing and left very detailed notes that we enjoyed reading when we got home. I highly recommend Mr. Scruffs to anyone looking for awesome, reliable, friendly, and trustworthy people to take care of your pets while you are on holidays or at work!

I highly recommend Eileen of Mr. Scruff's. She's reliable, clearly cares for animals, and leaves me helpful notes about each visit. I have six rescue cats, each with specific quirks and food favorites. It's not easy to keep all their needs straight, yet Eileen has always done a terrific job.
