Mister Tree was very apologetic and owned up to the mistake. They sent a crew out to remove the correct limb a few weeks later at no extra charge. I ordered a pallet of firewood and am very pleased with the whole process. The person on the phone taking the order and scheduling the delivery was very nice and professional. The delivery person came to my door to let me know he was here to deliver the pallet. He placed it closer to where I was going to stack it, making my job easier. He was very nice also. FIREWOOD HEADQUARTERS @ Getwell Rd & I240! They have pallets of firewood ready to load up on your truck. Pallet = $100. 1/2 Pallet = $60. This beats the bundles I've been getting from the grocery stores. And don't let the parking lot fool you ... their office inside is BEAUTIFUL!
Woodland Tree has done two major tree removals for me, and both have been pleasant experiences. They show up on time, do an excellent job, and clean up. I highly recommend them for their tree removal jobs.
