I was thrilled that Kiwi honored their carpet warranty service to enhance my carpet appearance before my Thanksgiving company arrives next week! I am so impressed with the service and the carpet looks AMAZING! When you deal with companies that take pride in their customer service it surely is a Win-Win situation!! Don D did a fabulous job, ensuring that I understood and was pleased with his cleaning techniques and how successful they were! Such a nice and professional technician!! I could not be more pleased! When I am ready for my next clean, I will surely be asking for Don from Kiwi once again! Everyone is so nice and helpful! Thank you!

I have used Kiwi just once, and was very pleased. All the pet stains came up! The technician was very efficient and on time. We are using them again on a few rooms, and I called for an appt. and was able to get them to come out tomorrow, which is great! I was also quoted a price of only $49, as the 3 rooms I want to clean have new pet stains, but they were already on warranty from last time, so I am very pleased with this price, and will continue to use Kiwi!

I love kiwi. I have used their carpet cleaning services for years now and I love their warranty program. They will come back to clean your carpet for only $4 each room with a trip charge of only $37 for the next year after the initial cleaning. It's great!
