Jose from Stanley Steemer was phenomenal. We purchased a house and the carpets needed serious attention due to the previous owner’s pets. Jose and his team were right on time, reviewed the services we requested as well as the areas that needed extra attention, and went to work. The crew was very professional, and the job was completed quickly despite the extra trouble areas. The results were excellent. The carpeting looks much cleaner, and the pet urine spots are completely gone. The whole home smells very fresh too. Great work

Nick and Victor both cleaned my carpets. They were very professional, polite and punctual. They did an AWESOME PLUS Job on the carpet. They cleaned the stains very well. The receptionist taking orders could use more training, she offered 10% discount verbally but only applied 5%. However… The guys were on time, professional, courteous, personable & very informative about their services. They were concerned about reaching the apt but found the best parking location, needed water source & made it happen!! End result by FAR exceeded my expectations. A job well done by Markus & Elvin!
