I decided to try Parker Brothers after reading so many positive reviews on several media sites. I am glad I did. They are now my go to team for carpet cleaning. Great service and great value. Bradley was very knowledgeable, friendly, on time, and they provided quick service. My wife walked in from work and said the carpet looked and smelled great. That's saying something since she has allergies and she had no issues. We love it when we can support a local family owned business. I am a repeat customer. I have used Parker Brothers to clean my wool area rugs for the last five years or so and they always do a wonderful job. You can tell they love what they do and are passionate about cleaning, not just area rugs, but carpets, upholstery, grout, you name it! Brad is who has come out the last two times to clean my rugs and he is so friendly and trul wants to educate in addition to providing a service. I love that and I love supporting local businesses.
