We are so lucky to have found Grand Paws Pet Sitters. Our dog is not great with new people and the team at Grand Paws are so knowledgeable and understanding. Our dog now loves the team who come to take care of him and it gives us such a sense of relief to know he is in good hands. Requesting their services is easy and Dana makes it a very personalized experience. They are thorough, careful, responsible, and so kind. April and Tracy have taken care of our dog and they both are absolutely amazing. I would recommend Grand Paws Pet Sitters a million times over. They are the best.

We first heard about Grand Paws Pet Sitter in an article in the Willow Bend Neighbors Magazine. We just recently used their services for the first time. Our sitter, Spencer, was exceptional. Not only did he take great care of our dog, but the communication was amazing. We appreciated all the updates and pictures! Our dog was happy, safe and comfortable while we were away which gave us great peace of mind. We have already booked Grand Paws for another pet sitting service!! Our experience with Grand Paws Pet Sitter was great. We strongly recommend their service.

We have used Tracy with Grand Paws Pet Sitter four times in the last six months and our four dogs have received excellent care with her. They are a mix of breeds around 50 pounds each and they all love and trust her. She keeps us updated with reports and adorable dog photos of her visits to our house. We highly recommend their services if you need a petsitter.

We love Sarah and could not be happier to know her. She put us at ease with her confidence and knowledge, understanding the needs of one of our dogs who has some anxiety. By the second day, that same one had already warmed up to Sarah and our oldest was already putting on the charm. We rarely leave our two fur babies and when we do, it's almost always with family. Sarah has changed that and I feel comfortable and secure knowing our two babies are safe and well cared for with her. She was quick to reply to my questions and played with our babies making sure they were given affection and attention in our absence. I can't wait to plan our next trip, knowing our babies are in good hands with Sarah! I have to add that the admin staff are also rockstars. They were quick to answer questions, gave clear directions of the process and I look forward to working closely with them in the future.

Joan M took care of our cat and she was terrific! We greatly appreciated her daily photos and detailed text messages. She brought us peace of mind knowing that everything was being expertly taken care of while we were away.

Ellie is wonderful with Lexi. This service is better than expected. Five star, white glove service. She always sends me a few pictures of the days adventures.

I could not have asked for anyone better than Candace rolling on the floor with Caesar and as his sleeping partner overnight...It is a small price to pay for peace knowing that our baby was in good hands. Thank you so much.

I had a great experience with VIP pets. I used them for litter box cleaning. Nancy was wonderful to work with - she was responsive to any requests or questions I had. Katie, who cleaned the box, was also great. She was punctual, friendly and efficient. I kept on the service a little longer than I needed because they did a great job! I would use them again.

VIP pets look after my dogs every time we travel. The dogs love the sitters and it’s a lot better than kennelling.
