Our dog now loves the team who come to take care of him and it gives us such a sense of relief to know he is in good hands. Requesting their services is easy and Dana makes it a very personalized experience. They are thorough, careful, responsible, and so kind. April and Tracy have taken care of our dog and they both are absolutely amazing. I would recommend Grand Paws Pet Sitters a million times over. They are the best!!

We have used Tracy with Grand Paws Pet Sitter four times in the last six months and our four dogs have received excellent care with her. They are a mix of breeds around 50 pounds each and they all love and trust her. She keeps us updated with reports and adorable dog photos of her visits to our house. We highly recommend their services if you need a petsitter.

We love Sarah and could not be happier to know her. She put us at ease with her confidence and knowledge, understanding the needs of one of our dogs who has some anxiety. By the second day, that same one had already warmed up to Sarah and our oldest was already putting on the charm. We rarely leave our two fur babies and when we do, it's almost always with family. Sarah has changed that and I feel comfortable and secure knowing our two babies are safe and well cared for with her. She was quick to reply to my questions and played with our babies making sure they were given affection and attention in our absence. I can't wait to plan our next trip, knowing our babies are in good hands with Sarah! I have to add that the admin staff are also rockstars. They were quick to answer questions, gave clear directions of the process and I look forward to working closely with them in the future.

Joan M took care of our cat and she was terrific! We greatly appreciated her daily photos and detailed text messages. She brought us peace of mind knowing that everything was being expertly taken care of while we were away.

Ellie is wonderful with Lexi. This service is better than expected. Five star, white glove service. She always sends me a few pictures of the days adventures.

Love this pet service! Kathlyn and Heather made special efforts to meet my kitties during snowy conditions and late in the day. My cats have been happy to see them and they have followed all directions and suggestions closely. So glad to know my pets are well cared for and the communication with Kathlyn has been excellent.

Sugar's Pet Sitting is far and away the best out there. Our dogs (3 of them) love the Sugar's team! They do more than just feed. They play with the dogs, ensure their wellbeing, and make sure they feel loved. The Sugar's team are great communicators, responsive and always happy to help. I'd recommend them to anyone needing best in class pet sitting services.

We love Sugar’s!! Heather has been great with our big group of 5 doggies. Kathlyn has been terrific with communicating and making sure all our questions are answered. Glad we found Sugar’s!!!
