I wanted to replace light fixtures and a ceiling fan that were over 20 feet high. Every company I contacted requested a preview and estimate price visit. Mr Rodney asked for photos and simply replied “I can fit you in on Saturday” He arrived on time, finished the job, was extremely professional. Even my old hound dog approved of Mr Rodney. I will definitely recommend Collin county electrical too any one who needs electrical work done. I already am looking forward to use this company again.

I can't recommend Rodney and Collin County Electrical enough. I just moved into the area and wanted to install a couple ceiling fans in the home. Rodney got me scheduled first thing the next morning. The work was done well, quickly, and reasonably priced. Don't look elsewhere for your electrical needs.

Collin County Electrical is the first repair that I do not feel I was taken advantage of since I have been in Collin County. Pricing was reasonable, Rodney was respectful of my home and family, he explained what he was doing, he was in and out in an hour and was very patient with our dog that loved him to death. We hired Mister Sparky to repair a light switch, replace a fixture, and give us an electrical inspection on our newly purchased home. Tyler S. did an amazing job! He completed the switch/fixture repairs we needed and then we decided to do some other electrical repairs and upgrades to our home after his free inspection (home was built in 1996). Tyler was professional, courteous, and prompt. He explained everything he was doing and he gave us several options for different repairs that we could do if we wanted (he explained which repairs could wait versus the more important ones like replacing all of our expired 20 year old smoke detectors, etc.). There are no pushy sales tactics and all of the Mister Sparky fees are in writing and up front. We knew exactly what things would cost before he started the work. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend this electrician! (PS-I also found the call center to be very professional. They always answered when we called and they gave us a 30 min courteous call when Tyler was on his way).

I found Mister Sparky on Google after a few lighting issues became a problem. I was contacted by a scheduler and they offered the day I wanted and even could have come a day earlier. Tyler was on time an reviewed my problems and suggested options and additional lighting and other safety items I might like. I was surprised that he would start right away. A quote was prepared and he began working. After 2 days of work, the end product is quite dramatic and well done. Tyler was super pleasant and skilled. He brought Christian the second day, who was also professional and fast. Both wore shoe covers the whole time and carefully reviewed the whole project when completed. Mister Sparky is the one to call for your home projects.

Denique came by today and completed a repair to the wiring caused by internet installation. He quickly assessed the situation, reviewed all safety measures with me, provided a diagnois, and went straight to work. If only my internet installer had the level of skill and professionalism Denique had, I would not be in this current perdicament. 10 out of 10 I wpild recommend.
