Eric was great. He was right on time for our scheduled appointment. Eric is very professional and thorough. Once he completed his inspection he clearly explained what he found, showed pictures, and what needed to be done. About a hour later I received the full inspection report with the images and descriptions of the handful of minor repairs that need to be addressed.
