Professional from start to finish i would highly recommend plano overhead door. Had to replace my garage door and tracks super excited with the outcome. Very professional company and quality products. James did a wonderful job installing and cleaned up after himself. Even walked me through of possible adjustments in the future and greased up all hinges and springs. 5 star.

Andrew Hill was the technician who came to repair our garage door. He asked how it happened and told me it would be an easy fix. He went to work. Very professional, excellent attitude and a sense of humor. He answered any questions I had in a way I could understand. After he finished the door was working just like he said it would. Andrew is a very good representative of Plano Overhead Garage Door. I recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again.

Kay installed a new garage door opener and took time to explain in detail all the new features our old opener didn’t have. He also programmed each of our 3 cars with the new opener. Plano was quick to schedule an appointment at my convenience. The new opener works great and the tech cleaned up thoroughly after the job was complete. He also explained the warranty on equipment and workmanship. Definitely will call Plano next time I need adjustments or work on my garage door.

From servicing my garage door to a recent opener replacement, Action Garage always provided superior service at a competitive and fair price. Thank you for a great service from a forever customer.

Great service and turnaround for a complete install of a R19 insulated door and belt drive opener. Though, the door itself looks like it had multiple scratches from the packaging or perhaps manufacture as interestingly they were in the same spot on two panels. Action it taking care of, unfortunate they should have to.

I had a great experience with Jose at Action Garage Door Repair Specialists. He was on time, efficient with his work, and knowledgeable. I will be calling on them again next year to do the routine maintenance.

Called Terry and he was able to send Allan out the same day to give me a quote to replace my opener. Another company had quoted $1500 but their quote was $575 for the same opener! Allan replaced it the next day and I could not be more satisfied with his service.

I have been using American Best Garage Door Service for at least the past 5 years. We have always had great service. Allan has done an outstanding job each time and gets the job done right. I will not use anyone else. Thank you so much.
