Recently used Parker Tree Service to remove a Live Oak that had a large split down its trunk. Ryder had his crew out the next day after talking to him and we were very impressed with the skill and speed at which they were able to remove this tree. It took them a little more than 5 hours from start to complete. We even had a little damage to our sprinkler system but they took care of it as well. Ryder is very responsive and respectful. It’s so nice dealing with a person and company like this. We will definitely be using them again for all of our tree care.

He was very professional and knowledgeable and had his crew out the next business day to complete the work. Justin cares about trees and about people. He went above and beyond. He gave the best quote for the work done (but he did recommend more work, and explained why), and he knew what he was talking about. We have three HUGE cedar elms that hadn't been touched in years and years and two more that were planted too near to the house. Justin made our property look beautiful. I've had multiple neighbors call me for his number after seeing my trees. But, the best part is that we just had huge storms come through, and even though half our neighborhood has broken and fallen trees, ours are perfectly intact. Even though cedar elms are known for splitting, the ancient ones we have towing over our two story house made it through unscathed. Using Justin at Urban Tree over the other guys didn't just save our trees last night, it likely saved our roof, and maybe a car.

I highly recommend Urban Tree Services. During the last storm, the tree in our front lawn snapped and hit the house around 6 a.m. I called Urban around 7 a.m. The tree was off the house, ground up, and taken away by 8:30 a.m. They had to come back to take down the rest of the tree and grind the stump. They are very professional and reasonably priced. All limbs, leaves, and dust were cleaned up.
