We’ve been with Smith Thompson Home Security for years, and I can count on one hand the number of times we’ve needed to call for support. But when we do, I always request one tech in particular—Danny. I’m sure all of their technicians are great, but Danny has been our go-to from day one, consistently providing exceptional service. He not only makes thoughtful recommendations but also follows through on what is truly needed. As a consumer, I appreciate that level of honesty and expertise. Danny has outstanding customer service skills and always takes the time to ensure we understand everything he’s about to do. Thank you, Danny, for your excellent work and dedication—you truly set the standard.

One of our bathroom window alarm contacts got dislodged. It was a small window on the second floor, and we couldn't set the alarm because of it. We needed to fix the issue. We called Smith Thompson. The agent removed the contact since it was in a low-risk location. That match what we were already thinking. We are now able to set the alarm without any more issues from that window.

Excellent service at a reasonable price. We would find several small roaches and ants per day in our house and could not solve the problem despite laying traps and poison around the house. Michael, one of the techs, was extremely knowledgeable and explained the treatments he provided. Within a few weeks the bugs were gone. We've seen 3 bugs total in the last 3 months after one treatment.

I already have Vivint and the associate saw my sign in the front yard and knocked on my door just to ask how my service has been going. Coincidentally I had an issue with my main hub being frozen, and he was able to come in and reset it for me. He didn’t try to sell me anything, but I didn’t need it. Just offered his service and support. I highly recommend this individual.

Hark was very friendly and professional and also informative. I can tell he loves what he does and that’s a wonderful asset to have.
