I couldn’t be happier with this company and the outcome of this service call. Prompt service, outstanding communication. I was given a two hour window of arrival and Skylar Morris was right on time. He is respectful and pleasant. He looked me straight in the eyes. I knew this young man would be trustworthy and he did not disappoint. He assessed my heating system and took care of the issue straightaway for a reasonable.cost especially considering this took place on the weekend. What a lucky break for me I’m now doing business with Skylar and Total Air and Heat Co. Quality service, quality company! 5 Stars in my opinion!!!

Total Air completed my bi-yearly maintenance check for the AC/Heating unit. Tyler Reynolds was the tech completing the job. In addition to the normal check up, he recommended a chemical coil cleaning of the coils due to debris build up. He also recommended a hard start kit to reduce effort/strain on the system when it starts up, essentially helping to avoid damage to compressor. I agreed to both in order to help preserve 13 year old unit. He finished quickly and I appreciated the recommendation. Did a great job. Nice guy. Thanks

Total Air & Heat is an excellent company to work with. From my first initial phone call, to having a wonderful tech come out and check my system, to scheduling, everything was seamless. I trust this company and love that it is a family owned business.

We had to replace a tankless water heater. We are so glad we went with Milestone. From the beginning it was a bit difficult due to weather challenges. We were also putting in a better system that required a custom cover and work on replacing an indoor control. From start with Francisco to the end with Abram the effort was amazing. Install with Mike and indoor control where Corey a manager made sure their were no visible signs that a control was replaced even going to the store to buy a cover plate and to repair any holes in the drywall. That was amazing. At the end Abram did an amazing job of painting the custom outdoor cover to match our home. Spending his own time to go the extra mile. Francisco talked with us and checked in all the way! Great job everyone!

I live in a rental house that has been serviced by Milestone for the past 5 years and we’ve only ever had the most positive experiences with them. Every technician that has come to the house has been very polite and respectful and always willing to answer any questions you have. I really like that you receive a text with the technicians name and photo to inform you they are in their way. That’sa really nice feature so you know you are working with the right person. Today our technician was Abram and he was fantastic. He was extremely nice and thorough with his work. He even took the time to talk to my son and gave him advice on how to get into the trade. He went above and beyond and I am very thankful!

Nathan Hager did an excellent job. He was tasked with several items and provided me with accurate time estimates on the completion of the job. As he and his team worked on the items, they had no issues answering my questions throughout the process. At the end, he re-verified all the items on the checklist were completed to my satisfaction. I definitely recommend Nathan for any work, and will definitely request him and his team going forward. Thanks Nathan
