We contacted DFW Chimney Specialist to see about replacing our old gas fireplace with a new unit and it was a great experience from start to finish. Scott came out, took measurements and walked us through our potential options. When the new unit arrived damaged, they found a replacement and were able to install the unit without a delay in the schedule. Carlos did a great job on the demolition and installation. After the gas and electricity were connected, Josh came out and did the final installation and test firing. We are so pleased with the service and highly recommend that you give them a call for your fireplace needs.

We had Carlos from DFW Chimney Specialist come out and inspect and clean the fireplace to make sure it was safe to use. He did such an amazing job. He explained all the things he was looking for, what things were good and not good, and really educated us on what makes the fire place safe or not. He gave us many choices on the ways to fix the issues. He was very thorough and I could not be more happy with the service that was provided. I would highly recommend this company for your fireplace needs.

Your specialist communicated very well. He was on time and the Chimney stack that they installed is beautiful. I have never had a vendor to be so informative and deliver a performance as they said they would and more.

By the very next day the work was complete, a brand new pipe, new flashing, and a new spark arrestor were all installed. Everything looks great and works perfectly. I’m really impressed with the speed and quality of their work!
