I am extremely happy with my experience with Steamy Concepts. The office staff was very friendly and accommodated my change of appointment date for tile and grout cleaning. Alvin, my technician, was excellent. He was both professional and personable, explaining the procedure along the way. His work was outstanding. Alvin spent many thorough hours on the job due to the amount of square footage. And the results were amazing. I would recommend Steamy concepts to anyone.
