Ralph catered for my mother’s memorial service in Davis. Not only was the food as promised and advertised, but Ralph is extremely detail oriented. My event was planned for 125 people and it’s not easy to guesstimate for a memorial. He went over the details with me several times leading up to the event, and this made a large event planned on the fly go off without a hitch. He suggested additional staff when I requested timing changes in the food presentation, and they set up the room, including linens, centerpieces (that I provided), sangria, some other beverages (that I provided), porcelain dishes and glassware, stainless flatware wrapped in cloth napkins, and all the tapas. They cooked and presented the paella beautifully. The desserts were delicious. They left the hall clean. The staff kept everything flowing and were friendly and attentive. The guests enjoyed themselves and we were able to focus on our guests. Paellatime was exactly as advertised. Ralph knows his business and executes with perfection.

We hired Paella Time to cater our wedding in Oakland, and everything about them was AMAZING. From the planning stages, Ralph and Tiffany were super responsive, helpful, and accommodating with our requests. It's hard to write this review, because everything about Paella Time was just on point. From the food, to the friendliness of the staff, to the efficiency of set up/clean up. I cannot stop hearing from guests how amazing the food was and how much they enjoyed it. It makes my (now) wife super happy that we chose Paella Time for our Big Day. I highly recommend anyone looking for a caterer to go with them. I'm actually trying to convince my company to use them for our events...thanks again for making our vision for our wedding come alive.

After finding Ralph online, we decided to hire him for a birthday party at our house. He was very helpful with his communication leading up to the event. The night of the event, Chef Daniel came and prepared a DELICIOUS meal for our guests! We chose the seafood paella and everyone was beyond impressed! It was a really unique experience that we all enjoyed. Would definitely recommend!

Just adding to the many great reviews! I ordered catering for my child’s first birthday party with about 80 guests, and I couldn’t be happier. From the start, Mary was so helpful in choosing the right assortment and quantities. The delivery was right on time and came with labeled name cards for all the dishes, which was such a nice touch. The food was absolutely delicious—so many guests asked where it was from and said they wanted to use them for their own events. The presentation was beautiful, and everything was so well done. If I had to leave one tip: the spicy options are actually spicy—which I personally enjoyed—but if you or your guests have a low spice tolerance, I’d recommend checking with Mary to see if the spice level can be adjusted. I’m so happy with the service and can’t wait to order from them again. Highly recommend.

We hired Kitchen Woori to cater two meals during a long-weekend family/friends gathering, and they provided two different, delicious meals. The staff was responsive in communication, and they were able to provide recommendations on how much food to order and how to pair items. The delivery and set-up team had also been spectacular. They arrived early and presented the food in a beautiful manner. Since we ordered ginseng chicken for one of the meals, the staff even stayed onsite to serve it hot. Overall, the entire experience with the Kitchen Woori team, from the staff to the food itself, had been a treat, and I would definitely hire them again in the future if need arises. Highly recommend.

This should have 6 stars. The Spicy Pork Bulgogi Bibimbap was huge, and came with Japchae, a few banchan (side dishes), and a seaweed snack.
