MARUFUKU RAMEN REVIEWS
We came at peak rush hour on a Saturday evening. Had to wait 1 hr due to being 30th on the wait list. Very good system they had and we just toured around the mall. Once in, we were greatly warmly, and had food on the table within 10 minutes. Incredibly attentive staff, and the food was immaculate. Highly recommend the Marufuku Bites for the incredibly well seasoned pork. And each and every Ramen was clearly made with pride and no shortcuts. The bone broth flavour was incredibly rich and each flavour blended very well!
Amazing food quality. Very deep and rich soup. Noodle texture is something very unique. They will dance on your tongue!! Super fast serving. Professionally set up serving system. Food portion is not small. Little more than average one person serving. Worth every penny and worth every minute waiting. We went there 11:30 on Saturday, and there were 2 tables waiting before us. We sat down within 10min. There is a parking in ground level. $2 per hour. The atmosphere/servers are kindly rushing. I understand that the place is busy, but I wanted to enjoy in a more comfortable atmosphere.
Finished off celebrating the Lunar New Year here! Fantastic restaurant in a neat little shopping mall in Japantown full of fun shops and arcades. The Ramen and the service were both phenomenal! Omg, I wish I could swim in the ramen broth it was just so perfectly delicious! There was a wait to get in, but it moved fast, and it was fun to walk and browse all the fun shops while we were there. Totally worth the wait!

BENIHANA SAN FRANCISCO REVIEWS
Situated in Japan Center Mall, Excellent 1st time experience in Japanese foods. Ordered for a lunch set for sir 8 pertains. The lunch was really very good with 6 course. Were served with onion and mushroom soup, salad, spicy chicken, spicy shrimp, Sushi, chicken fried rice and ice cream. Taste was superb, chef was superb, spicy chicken fried rice was made infront of us which was an experience. Would definitely recommend friends to this restaurant.
This place is very popular, and for good reason. The chefs are entertaining, the food is delicious, you get huge portion sizes, and the atmosphere is lively. If you go around dinner time, you may have to wait a bit before a table is available. We grabbed some drinks at the bar until our entire party got there and then enjoyed a really nice meal.
Fun experience, it's a show! A bit tacky, but still worth it. Fried rice is really tasty, and everything else is good quality... Make reservations, or plan on waiting a long time.

SANRAKU JAPANESE RESTAURANT REVIEWS
Was on our way to a different sushi restaurant and happened to see this one. The restaurant was full, which is a good sign. As we were looking at the menu outside the restaurant, 2 patrons leaving told us the food was great so we decided to try it. We were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. So fresh! We had salmon sushi and a shrimp tempura roll. The salmon melted in your mouth it was so wonderful and the tempura roll was delicious. Service was quick and friendly. We will definitely be back!
A hidden place but worth it. I was referred to this Japanese restaurant from a Japanese desert place, K Minamoto in downtown San Francisco. I tried their Dragon roll, dumplings and edamame as well their 2 beers Sapporo (made in Canada) and Asahi (made in Italy) which are traditionally Japanese. Their tea infused panacota was delicious Check it out and embrace the warm welcome from the sushi chefs as you enter and leave.
Great sushi! Nothing too fancy or over the top, but amazing quality. I got the toro, tempura roll and hot house sake. All great. The sesame chicken that my aunt got was phenomenal!
