Another business we use recommended Phone Kings to repair my daughter’s Nintendo Switch. We went in and dropped it off with Sam. He called me less than two hours later to pick up! It was close to closing time when I returned, and he graciously waited for me to arrive so that I wouldn’t have to wait until their next business day. Sam was very upfront and honest about what could be done about a broken charging port and screen. He repaired the port so I could retrieve some info off the phone, minimizing my repair costs. There's a reason he's been around so long. A+.
