I am glad that I found Modern Day Services! Bob did a Fantastic job clearing blocks from inside my chimney and installing a flew liner and vent cap. He also replaced a leaky gas valve and leaking water lines above my water tank. Prices were reasonable and Bob has good customer service skills. Thank you for all your help Bob!

Bob installed a chimney liner and corrected a problem with the hot water tank vent pipe at my daughter’s house. In addition they also fixed chimney bricks and corrected a safety issue with her front steps. Work was of top quality, reasonably priced and clean-up was nicely done. Very pleased all the way around.
