This was a great experience while taking on the challenge of updating our kitchen. The consultant was experienced and friendly and provided different options. Her professional nput made my decision an easy one to go with Northeast Factory Direct for my kitchen update. The cabinets were delivered ahead of schedule and the consultant followed up to make sure we were happy with the product. I would highly recommend.
We looked around for kitchen cabinets for a while. The box stores like Lowes and Home Depot were very expensive. We went to the factory direct and we love the cabinets we got. They came out to the house to double-check our measurements and came up with a better idea for the cabinet layout that we had. We got our cabinets years ago and they still like we just bought them! Very good quality. If you need new cabinets, check them out! You will not be disappointed!!
Brooke was a great help. Even when we had to reorder cabinets, postpone the granite install (due to contractor problems), she was very patient and just kept " helping us. I highly recommend this place for the quality of the cabinets and the staff. I also recommend you use their installers, even if your contractor is willing/wanting to install the cabinets for you. Their staff is professional and skilled.

Denise, our salesperson was very knowledgable about custom cabinets and what their store had available. She has very good decorating ideas too. So far...we're very impressed with their cabinet services. When everything we bought from them is finished and installed, we will leave a final review of our experience with them. So far...after checking so many companies and the big box stores. I was most impressed with this business's courtesy, knowledge, and prices compared to so many other retailers with cabinets.
We really enjoyed working with Andy Repp on our kitchen design. Andy really walked us through every step and he gave some helpful and budget-friendly suggestions. We liked how we could watch our design come to life on his computer, but we also got to see and feel the cabinets we were ordering and how they would look. We highly suggest Cabinets To Go
