PRECISION OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR CLEVELAND REVIEWS

I had called others but they all wanted me to wait for 4 days. I called Precision and spoke to a great scheduler who got me a technician that day. The guys were very easy to talk to and explained how my garage door pulley had broken. They repaired it with a new opener and got everything working in a couple of hours. All I can say is that these guys are great.

Paul was phenomenal. I was hesitant to get the fix due to the cost but I’m glad I did. I had made several phone calls to surrounding companies before I chose them. It was same day repair. They were upfront on the phone and then again with the cost before they started. Service was quick and friendly for a new motor, arm, wheels, and electronics/sensors. The garage works super smooth and isn’t nearly as loud. The high amount of reviews speak for themselves. I highly recommend them.

Our experience with precision garage door was awesome. The technician that came out to give us an estimate was very thorough and friendly and so was the technician that came out to actually install the door. The door was installed fast and efficiently and more importantly works and looks great. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
