I contacted Window Genie later in December 2024 to have Christmas Lights put up and they did so very quickly. The guys did a Fabulous job! All my Christmas Lights are Absolutely Beautiful! They look Elegant. The White Lights on my home and the lit Wreaths look Stunning. The many trees of various colors look like an Enchanted Forest. This Lovely display added such Joy to my Holiday Season! They also came out in a timely manner to replace some lights when they went out. So Thankful for this Wonderful Company! I Highly recommend them.

The technicians from Window Genie of Cleveland West did an excellent job of cleaning the inside and outside of our windows on November 27 in Lorain. They also cleaned the tracks. The techs worked very hard, explained everything, were very kind and courteous. They were great representatives of Window Genie. We were very happy with their work. I highly recommend Window Genie as well as the technicians who were terrific. It was the first time we had Window Genie clean windows. We will certainly have them back in the future.

If I could give Will, of Williams Window Cleaning & Gutters 10 stars I would! I contacted him regarding splash guards installed by another company causing, blockage from small leaf/ tree debris regularly. Within 2 days he arrived, removed splashes at my request, after climbing to roof, taking pictures to allow me to see problems. He graciously gave me instruction, on what what best suited, and what might occur with their removal. I appreciated he giving me the same care for a tiny job, as he would extend to a large one.
