GUARDIAN PROTECTION REVIEWS

I’ve had Guardian for 6 years now and have always been satisfied. Recently, we had a small incident and burnt our dinner (it happens to the best of us) and set off our fire alarm. Guardian’s monitoring service team reached out to ensure everything was okay and then went above and beyond to order us a pizza to be delivered to our house because dinner wasn’t edible. To say the least, we are extremely happy with Guardian and their customer service is excellent. Thank you to Joe S., one of their monitoring specialist, for not only making sure we were okay and everything was good at home but for making our evening a great one. I will for sure be staying with Guardian for life.

We have had Guardian since we first purchased this home in 2019. I have to say that it is a service that I never question if in an emergency. Their callback time when you have an alarm is extremely fast. I burnt our dinner sad to say as our oven continues to give us issues but Guardian saved the day with a free pizza sent to our door. Not only are they on top of the monitoring but they also came through with dinner when ours was burnt. Thank you Guardian for always protecting our home.

We have had Guardian for years now and haven't had any issues with them. Recently we accidentally set off the smoke detector while ruining our pizza and they called me back after we hung up to ask what kind of pizza we like and sent us a pizza to replace the one we burned. That is above and beyond service! It definitely made our evening.
