Great cleaners. Janice provides outstanding customer service. She is very friendly and engaging. My clothing is cleaned professionally and timely. No recommended improvements. I really like the drive thru and the after hours drop box. Very convenient. I receive text alerts when my cleaning has been completed. The do summers app tells me how much the order is and keeps an inventory of my clothing items brought in. I also like the red bags used for drop off.

I wanted to comment on the service I receive at D.O. Summers Cleaners, Carnegie location. I have been taking my clothes there for several years and I am always satisfied with their service. Janice is always helpful and kind. She is the kind of employee you want out front representing your company. I highly recommend their service.

I had two prom dresses altered for my daughter. The quality of the work was beautiful! I was impressed with the customer service, attentiveness to my daughter's needs, and attention to detail. All of my questions and concerns were answered professionally and knowledgeably. We will definitely come again and refer their services to our friends/family.

Perfect alterations on our jeans, great tricky hems, and they altered a high-lo bridesmaid dress for me and it was wonderful! They are our go-to for all alterations.

I ordered 19 cloth masks recently. Great quality and service. Highly recommend Shaker Square Drycleaning.

I got a comforter cleaned. They did an excellent job. It was creme when I gave it to them. I got it back white which is it's original color. They got the majority of the stains out except the one where I spilled nail glue,But that's my fault for letting it sit So long.I will be using them again.

This cleaners does a wonderful job on everything I've had to have cleaned. I live downtown and travel to this cleaners only cleaners I trust with my clothes.

I don't personally go there but I've been taking my grandmother's clothes there for over 20 years. The best customer service ever.
