I cannot say enough about Heritage Cremation Service and their employees. They also were extremely reasonable with their pricing. They go beyond what was expected more than once, and I sincerely "Thank them" from the bottom of my heart for their kindness toward my family. My brother passed away and I live in Florida. He was never married and has no other family besides me. The hospital where he passed recommended Heritage as his wishes were to be cremated. I worked with Heritage as I was driving to Ohio from Florida. I arrived in Ohio after a two day drive and met with Heritage. They were very kind and helpful. My brother was an Army veteran and they helped me get his ashes into a National cemetery. Today I received an American flag used during his internment. I also received a letter from President Biden.

Everyone at Heritage was just wonderful. Dave was especially fantastic at communicating and outlining everything. This is our second time at Heritage, and again, we were amazed at how quickly and easily they took care of everything. A fantastic group of people, compassionate and efficient. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended. A+++++.

On the behalf of my family and I, we would like to thank Charles and his staff for making my grandmother look so peaceful and beautiful. Many of her guests as well as myself, said they never seen the deceased look so natural & alive. She truly looked as if she was just sleeping peacefully, which put us at peace. Also, the heartfelt support they provided from the initial call to the burial was greatly appreciated.

This is the last thing on anyone's mind is planning a funeral. Specially for your mom. I went to Slone and Veronica was amazing from day one she took care of everything. When I walked into the hall to see were my mom's urn was set up everything looked beautiful and amazing. I recommend them one thousand percent. Thank you for everything.
