We were in the market for a brand new HVAC system, which is not something you purchase often in a lifetime, depending on how long you live in a home.Very pleased with our experience with Gorjanc. From the start our Sales technician, Nate Brewer was able to come out on a Saturday and provide a quote(s). He was helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough in his assessment of what would work best for our home/needs. He was very patient with our dogs who kept interrupting him because they wanted him to play. He didn't provide a "One size fits all approach, nor a cookie cutter to what we previously had." Thanks Nate! I wasn't home for the install, but my husband said the installers/technicians, 3 for this job, were prompt and very skilled and did a great job. They kept things very tidy and left them as they found them. Thanks for hanging in there in the cold weather installing the new AC unit as well...looking forward to summer! The furnace is so quiet compared to our 30+ year unit. Appreciated the financing options that were also available. The cost came in a bit above middle of the road compared to other companies, but well worth it based on service! Would definitely recommend Gorjanc!

Max and Jordan and their team did an excellent job with the recent replacement of my air conditioners and furnaces. They exhibited professionalism in how they removed the old equipment and installed the new, along with the cleanup and explanation of usage and my options. Highly recommended. Also, in a separate visit, Daniel did an excellent job diagnosing issues w/ my old water heater and replacing it within a few hours. Very professional cleanup and installation. Highly recommended.

I loved working with Westland! I needed to replace my hot water tank, and they responded incredibly fast—way quicker than I expected. I was also able to use a coupon from their website, which made their pricing the best I found in Cleveland. My service technician, Isaac, was fantastic—super kind, professional, and took the time to walk me through everything so I felt confident about the work being done. Overall, the whole experience was smooth, affordable, and stress-free. I highly recommend Westland and will absolutely be using them again in the future!

Received great service by Spencer. Professional and knowledgeable, came up with alternative plans to eliminate a potential problem with the new sink depth and garbage disposal as well as moving the water line that interfered with the new cabinets. Clean up after the job was completed was very nice, like he was never here. Thank you.
