The tech who came out was prompt, professional and made sure we knew what he was doing and why. He explained what he found and what it would cost us. AND he was just a genuinely nice person. GREAT customer service. Now we're using them for the full restoration of our fireplace.
Alex and his team repaired and completely restored our chimney and insert. It's now waterproofed, capped, and ready for cold weather! They even painted the insert and it looks like new! The guys were so polite, knowledgable, and efficient. Coopertown is the best!
