My experience with the company was perfect. They texted and emailed a day in advance to confirm the appointment. Anthony called and asked if I would be free if he showed up early, which ended up being a big help for me. He was incredibly polite, professional, and took the time to explain everything that he found. I would highly recommend this company and Anthony to anyone.

We have used Lords Chimney for flue cleaning for wood burning fireplace, repairing ignition on outside gas fireplace, and dryer duct cleaning. Easy and responsive appointment scheduling and great communications on arrival window. Technicians have been knowledgeable, efficient and we like the reports with photos after service completed. Very satisfied with this business.

Anthony did a great job, he was quick and very responsive also. He did a thorough inspection of the fireplace and went over any problems he found. The report contained several pictures of problem areas in the fireplace and chimney, and the report was emailed to me even before he left. Thank you for your fantastic service.
