will definitely go back to them with any issues in the future. I had and issue with my personal computer where it would not power on. Chris came and picked it up within about and hour or hour and a half, and after having it for another hour he was able to give me a diagnosis and give me an estimate for how much it would cost to have it fixed. I am not good with computers and I recently found myself in a really bad spot with my laptop. I had put myself in a position where I was in danger of losing all my documents due to my own negligence. The situation was complex and honestly looked bad. But Warren saved my butt today. I can’t say enough good things about how hard he worked and the good results. I would trust Warren with any computer problem.

My laptop stopped charging on Saturday and Warren was able to look at it and get it fixed by Sunday! He was very friendly and reliable. I will definitely be using him in the future for any computer repairs.

I had Warren come to my Home and he updated my computer. I was very happy with the service and price and will call him for anything computer related in the future. very happy.

I had to "hot bench" my Lenovo laptop, meaning have them look at it immediately, because I work from home and my laptop was stuck in a restarting loop. I dropped it off around 3:30pm, I was able to pick it up first thing when they opened the next morning! I had a slight issue with it not finding WiFi networks when I took it home, so I called them and they had me bring it back in. It was no one's fault, the computer just had to update some drivers in order to connect to newer routers but I couldn't do that without WiFi, ironically. They let me sit there while my computer updated, we made sure it worked, and I was on my merry way. They had some of the friendliest staff I've ever met. I didn't ever feel talked down to even though I haven't the slightest clue about technology issues. They truly made my day and saved me a thousand bucks for not having to get a new laptop.

I had an incredibly positive experience at the Tech Restore. They carry a great selection of computer parts as well as accessories plus the staff is both knowledgeable and helpful. I felt more like a valued client rather than just a customer, and they had the exact part I needed for my Mac Mini IN HOUSE! No need for shipping or handling! All in all, I highly recommend this place for all your computer needs." 10 outta 10.
