Very professional. Love the environmentally free cleaning methods they use, and my clothes always come out looking great. Also, I really appreciate the home pick-up and delivery service. Their app helps you to schedule pick-ups, or you can just be on a regular pick-up/drop-off rotation. I noticed a small discrepancy with billing the other day, so I called them. I was able to get someone on the phone right away, and they immediately credited the credit card I have on file with them.

We are new to Nu-Yale and have had excellent service so far. We enjoy the ease of having our laundry picked up, washed, folded, and returned quickly. The provided bag is a nice benefit too.

Great service and staff, exceptional cleaning and care of my vintage wool coats, jackets and scarves. After trying a few other establishments in my area, NuYale is by far the best.

Their staff are so professional & helpful. I used the drive thru & the lady removed the items I had bagged & placed in my opposite backseat. They texted me the next day that my comforter & dust ruffle were ready for pickup, two days earlier than expected. The items were clean, pressed, & ready for use. Their prices are reasonable & I highly recommend them.

Excellent cleaners. And here is where the rubber meets the road: despite the alterations department making mistakes, they owned it and will make it good. A truly ethical local business. Yay, you!

Alterations does a wonderful job each time. I'm elated Highland Cleaners provides this service. Lord knows I'm afraid of the sewing machine.
