All America Pool has outstanding service! My pool pump wouldn’t start up this year. I contacted them for repairs and they were able to get someone out the next day to troubleshoot the problem. My pump is now up and running and I am very grateful for their service. All of their employees are kind, thoughtful, professional and responsive.

Had an older liner replaced by All America. Completely painless process. Timelines, costs and ordering processes were well explained at the beginning. Communication was great from the front office. The install crew were efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Extremely helpful staff and great prices. After following advice of another pool store for days and still not having my pool right, the staff at All America gave me simple, straightforward advice that cleaned my pool up quickly. Would recommend to anyone with a pool!.

Suntime West Pools Middletown location is the best place to go for all your pool supply needs! We also love their selection of Green Egg supplies, which makes it a one stop shop for us! The girls at the Middletown location are always sweet, fun, helpful, and so knowledgeable (especially Robin!) on the chemical and maintenance needs of our pool! This locally owned store will always have our business!.

Love Suntime! The staff in-store are knowledgeable, helpful, and honest, the service department provides careful work at closing and opening and is happy to answer (all of my) questions I have about little things with our system. Happy to support them and continue to go to the shop.

Suntime Pools has been amazing this season. We have struggled with several issues with our pool. They show up, troubleshoot and fix the problem. They also show up when they say they are going to!!! Two thumbs up.

They take care of their customers going the extra mile. The office manager who assists with scheduling is efficient, friendly, and accommodative to customer's schedule. Pool Ready Louisville is tech savvy with useful text and email reminders to keep customers informed. Pricing is reasonable. We feel like we get great value for the price of service. The great things about the service are the reliability, the accountability, and high quality performance.

Pool Ready has been very helpful as we navigate taking care of the pool at our new place. They are very friendly and on the ball, and I appreciate their expertise. Definitely recommend.

Always easy to work with! Upfront about pricing and always let me know when they are on the way. They have completed several plumbing repairs on my pool and they have all held up very well several years in now.
