Closets by Design are very professional, easy to work folks, plus offer a very quality product which adds to the benefits of working with the company. The office support, Cindy, who usually answers the phone, is always very helpful and friendly. Dana, the designer that designed a small “everything but clothes closet” for me added so much more usable small space for what is now the “everything closet” located in a dressing room/bedroom/office area. The installers Seth and Carlos were fantastic. The two of them worked together at a steady pace all the time they were installing the shelving. They cleaned up the area nicely when they finished the job. Very professional and polite young men. I highly recommend Closets by Design located in The Village, Louisville KY. This is the 2nd install they have designed for me. Definitely looking forward working with them on the next project goal You don't have to live in a Homearama home to have a wonderful, affordable and functional closet. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Closets By Design or serve as a reference for this company and designer.

We’ve been in our home since 1997, with a closet that was a nightmare. Wire shelves that would come down due to minimal studs in walls and TOO MANY clothes. The final straw came in late January, when another rack fell. My husband was going to attempt to repair it, but due to age and shoulder issues, I called Closets by Design. Riza, my consultant appeared and spent the day designing my closet. We are extremely satisfied with the design. Nothing ornate but very functional. 6 weeks after placement of the order, Daniel and Carlos are here for the installation. They were helpful and wonderful. They cleaned up after the install, and we were ready to utilize the closet. Wish that we had done this years ago. THANK YOU CLOSETS BY DESIGN.

They did an AMAZING JOB!! I bought a beautiful outdoor countertop for my outdoor kitchen. From my first interaction with the sales team in their store to the installers that came to my home, everyone was first class. The ownership team of Jenny and Todd Vice also communicated with me the entire time to ensure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!!.

I am very pleased with the quality of the cabinets. After installation the adjustments were easily made, to perfect the alignment of doors and drawers, thus a professional job. Louisville Cabinets were responsive throughout the entire process, something hard to find in the residential market. Kudo's to Todd and his crew.

Working with this company was a great experience. They were affordable and timely in getting everything installed. If I had any issues at all, they were quick to fix them and make it right. I would highly recommend and love how it transformed our kitchen.

My experience with California Closet was great. My designer Emerald was awesome, very friendly and very professional and very talented. She is prompt with time, overall, I loved the design she made for my closet. The very cluttered closet I used to have can now be walked in to and my clothes, shoes and bags are all very organized. Her design was very good and to top it all, the price was reasonable. I love my California closet!!! One more thing, the installer Derek was awesome too! He was on time when he arrived and kept me informed when he was arriving. He did an excellent job installing my closet, he was very friendly, professional and his work is very clean. He even helped me put light bulbs in my closet and carried my drawers for me to the other room. Actually, I’m having my pantry done by Emerald again and I requested Derek to install it. California Closet overall is awesome. I will definitely try get some built-ins in the future. You’re company is awesome, your people are awesome!!! LOVE YOU ALL!!! So happy.
