Rachel , Jennifer and Jessaca did a great job straightening up my problem clutter areas and washed all my dishes in my sink. I had a terrible weekend with parents ill in the hospital and they made my day when I came in from work. Thank you so much!

Unbelievable cleaning and Jess was an extremely hard worker. My apartment looks brand new and better than it looked when I moved in. I had low expectations having had other services but was shocked at her throughout the home details. Much better than I could have done it myself. 10 stars!!

Mariah is amazing and I am super duper thankful for her attention to detail while cleaning. She is extremely personable, takes great direction, and did an excellent job training Rachel to ensure the service is representative of her high standard. I was very pleased with the quick response from Hannah after my initial message to the company. She called me back promptly and was very nice. I told her that I was interested in a move in clean and she was quick to list all of the things that they do during this type of cleaning, it sounded very comprehensive and thorough. I am very happy with the outcome. The owners of this company are top notch and deliver an overall great product. I hope to use them regularly for some of the cleaning I would rather not do myself. Hats off Nate! You really came through.

After trying two other maid services my husband and I settled on Premiere Cleaning. Not only was their pricing structure more competitive. But they also did a better job. We have the same crew everytime which makes me feel safe. Tracy and Amanda are true professionals. They come in without a lot of chit chat and make our home look Immaculate. The other services wouldn't clean out my son's ferret and gerbil cages. So thankful for Tracy and Amanda!

I was impressed!!! The cleaners followed my instructions well. They were professional and cleaned really well. What I liked most is that I didn't have to tell them every detail. They knew what I wanted and worked independently, which let me do other work, which is the whole point!!!! I highly recommend the service of Merry Maids of Louisville.

Ashley was great. We are getting ready to move in. Since it is a new house to us she pointed out some things in the house that we weren't aware of. Some paint spots on floors, in shower and some previous water damage in the bathroom. If I ever need someone again I will call Merry Maids and ask for Ashley to do the job. Very pleased.

Have used their service since 2018 and overall it's been great. Any time I've had any issues they have done their best to correct them immediately and I trust them to clean my house even if I can't be there. They make every effort to keep the same team coming each time and they do a wonderful job!
