After our Mom passed, we didn’t know where to start. She had no pre-arranged burial plans. The Ratterman team helped lead the way with all options, special touches, answered any questions that we had, and were very patient. It was such a difficult time, as my Mom was my very best friend and the loss was overwhelming, so making decisions was so difficult. The planning and the communication and the checking in on us, making sure everything was in place, a beautiful service in the Chapel Room, with music playing that we chose, so many overwhelming special touches that we did not need to think about or take care of. I cannot say enough great things and how absolutely beautiful of a service my Mom had. They treated her, and us, with so much dignity and respect. I am overwhelmed at the level of support and professionalism they all showed. They still reach out on milestones and see how we are doing. I would never plan a funeral anywhere else and will pre plan mine there for sure.

Everyone associated with Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home was sympathetic, helpful and professional during the entire difficult process of providing the final services for my husband. They were careful to explain everything that was going to happen as well as expediting the process to be less burdensome on the family. I have no doubt that our family will be using their services in the future when required. I thank everyone for the care and comfort that was provided during a very sad time.

It's hard to put into words just how much we appreciate everything Evergreen and Renn has done for me and my family...Thank you for making my daddy look so beautiful and as natural as he could of looked!! Since we used cremation, we did not use our local funeral home for a service. We carried our urn for Evergreen to bury next to my father. We used the chapel at Evergreen and our family came. We had the loveliest ceremony. Then went to the gravesite afterward. Thank you for such a beautiful memory.
