It was very easy to find and locate. Very close by not a far drive at all so I loved that! It was clean and also ALOT cheaper than my recent storage place I was paying double. I got a refund for the lock and key they provide with each unit. which I was happy about that because I already had my own and didn’t have to pay more for something I didn’t need and already had. My first month was free! And the unit I got was literally perfect for the amount of space I needed. I really just had a smooth move in!!

Very easy to get a storage unit. I set everything up online and the gate code was sent to me. They have an app that you can download that helps keep track of payments and getting in. I had a question on my unit and the staff were extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I like were its located and feels very secure. Highly recommend this location.

Sandy was an amazing help and very very nice and understanding when dealing with a stressful situation on our end.

For it being close to wherever I live and the convenience of having a 24-hour seven-day-a-week access to all my property oh, I have to say that life storage is a very good place. I was set up by a call center service representative, who might I add was very very helpful and actually even got me some nice discount for being a new time customer. Although, that pretty voice on the other end of the phone end up sending me to a big Burly very helpful man. LOL. Ron was a very helpful individual as well and very understanding that it wasn't just me dealing with a situation that I had other people involved in my life it was dealing with the same situation so it was all very stressful as it was oh, he stayed calm and cool and collect the whole time. Fare rates, good people oh, and a very nice facility. I would recommend it to anybody they would ask.

Due to a sudden lifestyle change found myself in need of storage. I received exceptional service, given all details of what to expect, better than anyotherr storage in town. Compliments to the company on their awesome management at Dixie property. if I'm ever in need again I'll head straight there.

Matt was amazing and made the process of renting the unit a breeze! He was very professional and thorough. His friendly and positive attitude was a breath of fresh air! Thank you for your diligence and dedication to customer service Matt.

I highly recommend Prime Storage for all your storage needs! I was traveling for work and needed to store some items for a short while and Prime Storage was perfect. The staff were absolutely amazing and stayed a few minutes late right before the weekend to get me setup in a storage unit after another storage place didn’t work out. The check in and reservation process was really fast and easy. The space was exactly what I needed and as described. The facility felt safe and secure. I would definitely use them again to store my stuff. Thanks for such amazing customer service!!!

We reserved a unit online and we're able to go in and see it. But after seeing, we felt we needed more space. We were able to upgrade our unit right then and there with no problem. Our representative, Heather, was a really nice person and very easy to talk to .

This place is so breezy! Brittney was super friendly and easy to work with and we got a fantastic deal. I am extremely pleased with my experience at Prime. The location is really secure, the price is right and Brittney made it all really seamless. Highly recommend.
