THE CATHEDRAL OF CHRIST THE LIGHT REVIEWS
This is the first place where I truly felt I had a second family. This church is not an ordinary church, the people, the community, the religious here ( priests, nuns, sisters, deacons, etc. ) … truly exceptional and wonderful people. I came to life here at a time I felt very lost. Please come, any and all, doesn’t matter what religion you practice or if you’re not religious at all, this is a place where you will be accepted and loved for the person you are. I promise you that the power of Christ is so present here … because wherever two or three are gathered in HIS name, there Christ will be. Come and experience LOVE and HOPE.
What a magnificent place to worship! I can't believe I never took the time to visit before now. You don't have to be Catholic to experience the serenity and peace the place brings if that's what you're looking for.
Beautiful Cathedral. Very unique architecture with powerful pipe organ. Chior sounds amazing. Homily was upbeat, traditional and very understandable. Thank you Father.

ST. ELIZABETH PARISH REVIEWS
The 3 priests that serve at St Liz now are really nice, humble, sociable & tolerant. I'm a terrible person, impatient (but I'm getting better) yet everytime they see me it like the first time lol. No one holds grudges and all are as Christians should be, forgiving. I love this church.
Its my favorite place to relax to go with family. You will feel the pease inside i keep practicing.
St. Elizabeth is a Franciscan parish. The church is a beautiful place to worship. Old world craftsmanship. Location is iffy since it's in a part of Oakland with a lower income population. Even under the circumstances I wouldn't hesitate to go there for Mass.

ST. MARGARET MARY’S CATHOLIC CHURCH REVIEWS
This is one of the best Catholic churches I have been to on Sunday services. The Latin Mass is soooo old school and perfect for strong devout Catholics who wanna feel the Holy Spirit and God present within the Mass. You will have that tingling feeling of grace flowing through you while you are there. They also have confessions throughout the Mass if you choose to go before service as well. You will love this church and Priests.
Beautiful liturgy where the children are as close as the adults to the altar. Opportunity for confession at each mass which is very rare now days. Very thorough choice of music. There are a lot of families. Good sign that the church is alive.
The Latin Mass here is so beautiful and truly a respite from this crazy, chaotic world we live in. I have found so much peace from attending here and my belief in the Real Presence increases every time I come back. So happy to be converting at such a wonderful parish. Besides the beautiful masses, the people here are quite welcoming (even to shy people like myself) and the homilies are thoroughly Catholic and orthodox. Highly recommend.
