Had the guys come take a look at an issue we’ve been having for the past 3 years with outlets not working in our rooms. We had Thomas come in take a look and give us a quote. Tim came in a few days later to figure out what was the issue with trouble shooting and he found the problem. We scheduled an appointment for the fix and Evan and Matthew came and did the job super quick and were very clean and helped us out get our light working! Thank you Five or Free electric! I called Five or Free Electrical to install two receptacles for new sump pumps in my basement. During the assessment, Tim identified several other serious electrical issues and provided an estimate. Eddie and Rafael agreed to work after Christmas to meet my deadline, completing the tasks efficiently and skillfully. They kept everything clean and tidy, even in the rain, and explained the work thoroughly at the end. Everything was delivered as promised, and I’d definitely hire them again. Alley Electric is top notch and I’ll definitely use them again for any electrical projects on our home. Out of the several electricians we contacted, they were the only ones that responded quickly, were reliable, and their prices were fair. We had a Level 2 EV Charger installed and a new circuit run for some garage outlets. The scheduling process was painless. They were very responsive in making changes to the quote when we asked, and they had technicians out in about a week. The technicians themselves were friendly and professional, and the quality of their work was excellent. All in all, a 5 out 5 experience and we’ll definitely give them a call when we have any more electrical work done.
