I woke up this morning, ready to hop in the shower and get ready to start my day, only to discover I had no hot water. I called Roto-Rooter and they dispatched my new friend Patrick H. aka the “Transporter” (he really does look like Jason Statham) He was so polite and didn’t try to sell me on buying a new water heater but after showing me EVERYTHING the HD installers did incorrectly and what my options were, I made the decision to get a new one, knowing it would be done but a professional. He left to pick up a new water heater, returned and did his thing. I’m so impressed with his professionalism and integrity, I have him on speed dial. I live in an HOA so I’m blasting him out to every homeowner for future reference. To RR management, you have a great team member representing you and I hope you give him the recognition he deserves!

Great service and great people. My ceiling started leaking in my apartment and they came right away at 10pm to fix it. As a woman by herself, in her pajamas, in her apartment I didn’t feel nervous about the plumber being here. Thank you for your help!

Emergency plumbing situation -- having had great experiences in the past with Oakland Rooter, I gave them a call before the hours they had listed on their website and someone answered, scheduled an appointment, and within an hour someone was there solving my problem. They not only addressed the initial issue but were able to see other plumbing issues that needed to be fixed. I am a loyal customer!

The best! I’ve had Oakland Rooter on speed dial for about three years and they always fix the problem. Costs are predictable and I never get sticker shock. They come super fast. Their people are professional and kind. They even stick around to explain what they did. A top business in Oakland for sure.

Do yourself a favor and stop looking for plumbers, these guys are the real deal. Their quotes came in a couple thousand dollars cheaper than the competitor and they did hella good replacing my houses sewer lateral. Just give them a call and they’ll get the job done!
