Silvana has been cleaning my home for 13 years. She is a very hard worker, efficient, thorough, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. She is flexible with schedule times and frequency, always accommodating my busy schedule. She has a great attitude and a sweet demeanor. She's very responsive when I contact her. She follows up with me after every cleaning to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend her.

I just had Silvana's team clean my home for the first time (deep cleaning service) and was very impressed with their work--enough so that I immediately set up monthly regular cleanings to keep things looking good. The cleaners were very friendly, courteous, and efficient. They did more in a few hours than my wife and I can do in a weekend! They left everything very neat and orderly, and cleaned things I wouldn't have even expected, like even the silicone mat under my dogs food bowl! Text and email communication with Silvana were easy and fast. I highly recommend.

I switched to BA after using another cleaning service that disappointed. So far so good. The customer service leading up to, during, and after the cleaning was outstanding, with easy communication and text updates. A cleaning team of two showed up on time, got straight to work and did a thorough job. Cleaned all the nooks the first service missed, and some extra I was expecting. The rates are reasonable, and I'll for sure be on a recurring cleaning with them from now on.
