The facility was very easily accessible and clean (something you don’t always see in other places) Highly recommend it for anyone in need of quality storage solutions.
Customer service was very pleasant. I appreciate the two young ladies that were in front desk. If I’m not wrong it was Reyna and Dani. They answered all my questions and made me feel like there is a solution for my problems. Thank you both for your hard work and dedication.

Crystal Rose was amazing! She gave me a tour of the facility and I felt like it was very safe which is important given that I will be doing most of the drop offs to the unit alone. She also took her time walking me through the contract and explaining all the fees which I really appreciated. I was really impressed with how clean everything was. Very pleasantly surprised! The website doesn't do the facility justice. Would definitely recommend updating the picture.
Andrea is one of the best employe there She was really nice and respectful. I got the best service in my life. She know how to take care of customers and made me feel like I was the family member.
The young lady who works the front desk was helpful and courteous. She definitely deserves a raise or promotion. People like her make Smartstop a great place to do business.
