Over the years, I have bought new and used computers from Computer Innovations. I have been pleased with every purchase. Their prices are better than reasonable and the in-house computers they build are, in my opinion, superior to the mass-market machines sold at the big-box retailers. When I had a software conflict on my year-old machine built at Computer Innovations occurring after installing a dozen or more software programs I installed from the Web, and it was beyond my ability to straighten out, I took my computer in and had it back the next day. The price was very reasonable. Computer Innovations has real technicians that know their stuff. They are glad to answer questions and when assisting with choosing a computer they do not try to upsell just to grab a bigger sale. My current in-house-built computer was recommended to suit my needs and was around $200 less than the one I was considering. Asking about my wants, needs and how I use a computer, I was directed to the less costly device that has been more than adequate for my needs.
