I am in awe! I never thought my Carpets would look the good again after my son moved out I moved to his old bedroom and Tim worked miracles. It looks fantastic!! It is so professional and prompt. They made the entire process easy as can be. I am so excited to have a fresh home for my son who is in the Navy to come home for Christmas and feel like there is no place like home. Tim made a Christmas miracle happen! It looks so nice and so fresh. Very impressive! I will tell everyone about them and I will never use another carpet cleaning company again. They are the best and we are very lucky to have them in the 417 area. No one compares! Their system is a wonderful thing!! Thank you Tim for helping make the season and my Carpets brighter.

Tim came over and cleaned my roommate and I’s bedroom rugs as well as our area rug in the living room. Tim was extremely nice, professional, and got the job done efficiently and timely. We used Steampro for carpet repair and cleaning services. We had several pet stains and a patch that needed fixed from a dog digging into the carpet. They were easy to get in touch with, very nice and reasonably priced, and did a great job cleaning and repairing the carpet. We will definitely use them again!

David T. was absolutely amazing. He explained the whole process of the cleaning, odor removal, and protectant, without seeming like a salesperson. He was incredibly personable and fun to talk to the whole time he was cleaning the carpets. He made sure that the worst areas got the most attention and would go back over them several times if he wasn’t happy with how they looked. He had our entire job finished within an hour and a half, and our carpets have never looked better! I would highly recommend asking for David when getting your carpets cleaned!!
