We are in the process of doing construction in our new building. We have been using Atlas for a couple of years with no issues. We are in the process where Atlas has started to come to add their parts to the in fill of our building. I am elated to share that Matt Bennett has been working on our project. I’m so impressed with his communication and detail to the job. He communicates with me everyday to keep me updated, but also communicates with our contractor. I 1000% recommend!! Keep up the great work Matt!.

Vinny installed our cameras and doorbell around our home. After installation he helped us with managing our phone devices and how to work with the Capture system equipment. He even came back to our home to do a followup visit to answer more questions and help with our equipment. We have been with Atlas Security for over 25 years and have always received good service with installations and many questions. We highly recommend Atlas Security.

Atlas has been a reliable Alarm System and Tye staff is very accommodating. Rebecca Reed was very helpful in troubleshooting my low battery situation. After 3 years when they finally ran low and I didn’t have time to set up a service call but she talked me through which sensors needed to be changed and I didn’t it my self. Would recommend this company.

Great service! Alert has had to send technicians to the West Plains Elks Lodge a bit more than normal due to unforseen circumstances. They are always professional, knowledgeable, and more than anything, patient when it comes to educating the customer. 10/10 would recommend.

Had a issue with no radio contact. Tech showed up took care of problem and some general maintenance of the system. Everything worked great when he was done. Very thorough, answered all my questions!! Thanks, happy to have it back on line!!!.
