Overhead door has always taken care of us. We have not needed them often, but when we have needed them they are there usually there by the next day. They will repair what is needed and also offer options if it is time to change doors. No pressure either way. Our technician came out the next day after I hit the garage door. I had a family emergency and he was able to work fast and get me out of my garage. He was so kind. I was so embarrassed.

I’ve been a customer of OHD for decades and I have always been well satisfied with the work and the personnel. The latest adventure was taken care of with a great attitude and very professionally. I couldn’t be happier. They get 5 stars not only for quality products and exceptional installation but also for being so patient and easy to work with.

Very efficient and professional. Were able to solve the issues and caught something dangerously wrong with garage door!! Prevented a possible accident from happening.

Chris Eury of Brookline Doorworks installed 2 new garage door springs on our 2 car garage overhead door. He was a very knowledgeable technician and made me to feel good about having called Brookline Doorworks for our broken spring. He was recommended to us by our daughter in Springfield who had called Brookline for a garage door problem of her own. I would call them again.

I needed some garage door openers replaced for my house and some added new to a shop; I called Brookline and within a couple of days Conner showed up first thing in the morning to begin. He worked all day long completing everything exactly as I’d wanted, answering any questions I had as he went. I would highly recommend Brookline Doorworks and Conner for any overhead door work you might need.

Alex came to our house for an estimate. He was prompt, easy going and seemed knowledgeable and confident in his work. I felt NO pressure from him to make an immediate decision, which I liked very much. He gave me the information I wanted and needed and was great to speak with.

She helped get the process started and helped to figure out the best options for openers all while making sure to have someone on the job as soon as possible. Jeremy was excellent to work with as he was the one who installed our opener and helped get everything up and running smoothly. I couldn’t recommend these folks more! Everyone at Greene county doors is professional, reliable, and genuine.

These folks are great. We have a new garage door ordered. Meanwhile the spring on our old door has broken twice. They came right out both times (same day) and put a temp fix on the spring to tide us over until our new door arrives. We compared prices with other garage door companies for the new door, and they are very reasonably priced. Really appreciate their knowledge and dedication to service! Update- new garage door installed on time and professionally. Highly recommend.
