Kelly and Ed are super nice, helpful and great to chat with. Kelly would check on me when I was working on cleaning out my unit which was very thoughtful and considerate. I appreciated it very much. They keep the place very clean. I had a climate controlled unit and it was always kept at a very nice temperature. All my things kept well in the unit and I always felt like they were safe there. I chose this place bc it has cameras everywhere, a fenced in property and the code entry for the facility. I also like that it had a gated entry that you had to have a code for though the gates one working for some time now. I didn’t ask why only bc I came back to town to close the unit anyway so it just didn’t matter at this point but I was disappointed by this bc it why I paid more than other places for this unit and with the rent going up as high as it did from the time I opened the unit it would have been nice to have a working gate or to get my rate dropped. But, otherwise, my experience here was great.

I highly recommend using this storage unit location! When I called to get one set up they knew my situation needing something quick for a short term and they are very sweet, kind, and helpful employees who are willing to help in anyway possible. They made my family feel really welcome as if we were never strangers. They made sure my needs have been met. The security provided at this location is top notch! If I need one in the future I will definitely be coming back!!.

Kelley n the young man i can't recall his name were super helpful with me handling things with my unit I've had this unit for several years n will continue to do business with them. I would recommend this storage unit company to anyone. Their is no one in site but it is a secure location. They have a 24/7 help line you can call if you have any problems and they will send someone out to you in about 20 minutes so that's more than what most storage units have. And your set your own code to get in the fence, that's very helpful for people who tend to forget and not memorize codes.

I only used this place one time but i had the best experience possible with a storage facility. It was after hours and I could not get the door to open on my unit. So I called their support number and they had someone out to help me within 30 minutes, remind you this was all after business hours as well! Highly recommend this place for any storage needs!.

Very friendly and hard working staff. I will actually drive to Whitehouse after I move if I'm close enough to take my car here.
