He was patient with me, no matter how ridiculous my questions might have sounded. This is my first time having a fence built, so Nathan kept me informed and educated all the way through from quoting, payment processing, fence build, and even two weeks after the completion of the build, because I thought we still needed an inspector to come out from the city. Nonetheless, from Nathan to the build team, everyone was professional and respectful to me, my family, and my neighbors. Fantastic experience with John and built right fence!!! They did an amazing job and the guys that built the fence were awesome and took their time making sure that it was done right. I couldn't be more happy with the results!! This was a very large fence and when spending a significant amount of money on something like this you find yourself on edge wondering if it is going to be done properly. I did not have these worries at all with these guys! Very professional and their work is like their name...."BUILTRIGHT". He came out 30 minutes early before our first appointment to take a look at everything and have all the numbers and information ready to go for me. Very experienced and knowledgeable. We had 3 companies come out for quotes, and he was the only one to really explain how the gates and fence were going to be built and why it mattered. His crew was also efficient and kept a clean work area. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

John and his guys were great to work with. They did a wonderful job tearing out the old fence and building a beautiful new fence.
