Andrew helped with everything from making the claim with insurance, to deciding what type and color of shingles, what grade of underlayment, and all options and upgrades with no pressure. Morgan kept us informed on when everything would be delivered and when work would start. The roof ended up needing decking, so the job took a couple days. Larry kept me updated on progress and stayed after the crew left each evening to make sure things were picked up. Larry also took some drone photos that he gave to us, which was cool. The crew did a wonderful job on the roof and cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. Very pleased with the company.

Larry, Justin and the crew did an amazing job. They made sure to clean up the first night so we could go in and out without dragging bits inside on our shoes. When finished they cleaned up again and it looked better than when they started. They were quick and efficient but also took care of issues carefully so there wouldn't be future issues. My estimator Russ was very helpful answering all my questions about various aspects of my roof. I have one section that has a very low pitch and Russ was able to explain how they could use Ice and Water shield in this area. The installation team did a great job installing the new roof. Tim in finance followed up afterwards picking up the final payment and leaving us with all the paperwork.
