Quicker service than I expected. Came the next day to diagnose my problem, he had to take my computer to his shop for repair and had it back to me the next day. Extremely reasonable pricing. Warren is very personable, and took the time to explain what was needed. My computer now fires up better than when it was brand new. I made this my first call, if you need computer service make this your first call. I know you will be totally satisfied as I was.

Warren was very thorough in offering suggestions to increase my understanding of my computer and software. It took many hours for a dying computer to download into a new computer. His patience was appreciated when he took it home and brought it back the next day.
