Great service. The hard drive on my laptop died and I needed to replace it. I was able to get 3 out of the 4 screws holding the hard drive out by myself, but the last screw was too badly stripped for me to remove myself. I took the laptop to these guys, and they removed the bad screw and replaced the bad drive with the new one for me (I provided the new drive). Very fast and great service.

Had the SSD replaced on an old MacBook Pro and a battery service done on a slightly newer one. Was quoted a fair price and a reasonable timeline only to get an even better deal and the work done in half the time expected. Great experience with the staff and the quality of their work.

Had my iMac crash just before I went on vacation. They were able to make the repairs while I was gone. When I got back, I was able to pick up the computer, head to the office and get back to it like nothing had happened. They did a great job.
